Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Manager should possess a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, platforms, and tools, along with excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills. They should be able to adapt strategies based on performance data and provide recommendations for improvement. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and events. We are seeking an innovative marketing manager to promote our company's brand and services. You will be optimizing our marketing strategies, managing the marketing department's budget and staff, as well as preparing forecasts.

Job Description

  • Conducting market research: Gathering and analyzing data to understand target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Defining marketing objectives: Collaborating with stakeholders to set clear goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Creating marketing plans: Developing comprehensive strategies that encompass various digital channels such as social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, content marketing, and more.
  • Managing digital advertising campaigns: Setting up, optimizing, and monitoring online ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other relevant channels to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Manages the creative designs and production of  marketing materials
  • Must possess a proficient understanding and be capable of effectively managing a team consisting of content writers, social media specialists, SEO specialists, and graphic designers
  • Content creation and management: Collaborating with content writers and graphic designers to produce engaging and relevant content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
  • SEO optimization: Implementing on-page and off-page SEO techniques to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
  • Analyzing campaign performance: Utilizing analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, providing insights and making data-driven optimizations.
  • Staying updated with industry trends: Keeping abreast of the latest developments in digital marketing, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Candidate Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a startup or tech company
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Knowledge of marketing principles, tools, and techniques
  • Experience with social media management and advertising
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
