Account Manager

Job Summary

The Account Manager will serve as the liaison between company and its customers. It is an account manager's responsibility to address customers' needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships.

Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Act as the primary point of contact and manage client expectations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver projects on time. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of digital marketing solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Understand the unique needs of each client, both local and international, and develop customized digital marketing strategies.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts. Expand client base through networking and partnerships.
  • Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies. Analyze market conditions and competitor data.
  • Provide clients with regular reports on campaign performance. Use data to refine strategies and improve results.
  • Oversee budgeting, billing, and invoicing processes. Ensure financial goals are met.

Candidate Requirement

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or relevant role, preferably in the tech or digital marketing sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Urdu.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with a knack for data analysis.
  • Proactive and independent with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Culturally aware, with an understanding of working with diverse clients.
