Job Summary

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for independently reaching out to clients, visiting them, and coordinating meetings for the senior management.

Job Description

  • Independently identify and engage with potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media platforms.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand the unique needs and requirements of prospective clients, tailoring digital marketing solutions to meet their specific objectives.
  • Take the initiative to schedule and arrange meetings with potential clients, ensuring optimal coordination with the senior management team's availability.
  • Showcase the agency's capabilities and value proposition effectively during client meetings, sales pitches, and presentations.
  • Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with clients to encourage recurring business and referrals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and digital marketing best practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Represent the agency at industry events and conferences, seizing opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop persuasive sales materials and proposals.

Candidate Requirement

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the digital marketing industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, such as SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas persuasively.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently while also being a team player.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and nurture strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and opportunities.
  • An enterprising and proactive mindset with a passion for staying ahead in the fast-paced digital marketing landscape.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
