This document does not apply to companies in which Asteriks Digital has no ownership or control, or to individuals who are not employed or managed by Asteriks Digital, including any third-party service and/or product providers bound by contract, and any third-party websites to which Asteriks Digital's website links.
If a user is dissatisfied with any of our services, Asteriks Digital will make every effort to reach a mutually acceptable solution. When things don't work out, revocation occurs. If You are thinking about filing a claim, please contact us first.
You should only file complaints if we are unable to affect a mutually satisfactory solution.
If the project is not completed as specified in the delivery policy and contract, Asteriks Digital shall offer a partial refund at the discretion of the service provider. Asteriks Digital will determine the percentage of the project that has been completed, and the percentage that has not been completed will be addressed in accordance with the project's pre-defined scope.
If the programmer / designer / content writer / SEO expert (or any other resource / employee) fails to start the project on time, Asteriks Digital will issue a complete refund.
If the client cancels the project at any time, we will provide a pro-rata refund.
We do not provide refunds for days worked. If the client is dissatisfied with the work at any point, they must immediately tell our Project Manager and request a discount for any work that was not completed. We will not accept any subsequent negotiations.
Payment on time: A project is not declared void if the agreed upon / stated payments are not made on time.
If the customer fails to provide comprehensive information/scope of the project to Asteriks Digital at the initializing stage of the project, Asteriks Digital is not responsible to honor its delivery and/or refund commitments.
Asteriks Digital will only compensate for delivery delays unless a particular agreement is formed with a penalty clause for delivery delays.
Asteriks Digital's liability is limited to the value of the portion of the project (as specified in the Asteriks Digital proposal) that is unfinished at any given moment. Asteriks Digital will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of services delivered / not delivered or delays in delivery. Asteriks Digital is only obligated to repay if the client cancels the project and notifies Asteriks Digital in writing of the cancellation.
